De inflatie is in april uitgekomen op 4,1 procent, blijkt uit een snelle raming van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek. Dat is een stijging ten opzichte van de maand maart, toen kwam de inflatie nog uit op 3,7 procent. De stijging is te verklaren door een stijging in de dienstensector, zegt Frank Notten van het CBS. ‘De meivakantie viel dit jaar in april en daardoor zijn vliegtickets, hotelovernachtingen en bungalowparken allemaal wat duurder.’
