India zal hard optreden tegen elke terroristische aanval met Pakistaans motief, zei de Indiase premier Narendra Modi tijdens een tv-toespraak. Volgens Modi heeft India de militaire acties tegen Pakistan gepauzeerd, maar zal Pakistan in de gaten houden. Het huidige staakt-het-vuren is fragiel, maar het ziet ernaar uit dat het standhoudt, zegt India-correspondent Lisa Dupuy.
