Hongarije leent dit jaar een miljard euro van Chinese banken. Dat maakt het Hongaarse staatsagentschap AKK gisteren bekend. Volgens Sinoloog Boudewijn Poldermans is dat geld hard nodig, omdat Hongarije miljarden uit EU-fondsen is misgelopen door zich niet aan de regels te houden. Daarnaast is de positie van Hongarije binnen de EU voor China ook heel interessant.
