GroenLinks-PvdA wil dat schijnzelfstandigheid wordt aangepakt en dat de Belastingdienst gaat handhaven op de wet DBA, wat voor onrust zorgt onder veel zzp'ers. 'Er wordt al negen jaar niet gehandhaafd, wat wel bijzonder is', zegt GroenLinks-PvdA-Kamerlid Mariëtte Patijn die erop wijst dat het werkgevers wel erg makkelijk wordt gemaakt om het werkgeverschap bij de zzp'er neer te leggen.
