Er wordt al langer voor gewaarschuwd, maar vooralsnog is een faillissementsgolf in de horeca uitgebleven. Onderzoekers van ABN Amro denken dat daar dit jaar mogelijk verandering in komt. 'Helaas wel ja', zegt Joris Knoben, hoogleraar Strategie en Ondernemerschap van Tilburg University. ‘Al heeft het woord “golf” wel een zekere lading natuurlijk.’
