Frankrijk, Duitsland en Polen reageren stoïcijns op de opmerkingen van Donald Trump, die zegt sterk te overwegen de Verenigde Staten terug te trekken uit de NAVO omdat bondgenoten hem te weinig helpen in de oorlog tegen Iran. Het zijn geen nieuwe uitspraken, maar het is wel duidelijk dat er iets aan het schuiven is, zegt Europa-correspondent Stefan de Vries. ‘De trans-Atlantische relatie is dood; het is klaar.’
