Het Europees Parlement wil dat Brussel kijkt wat de consequenties zijn wanneer het anti-dwanginstrument, inzet als Donald Trump Europese landen met nieuwe heffingen om de oren slaat om Groenland. 'Mindblowing voor ons als Parlement. We hebben dit instrument ontworpen met China in het achterhoofd. We hebben nooit kunnen denken dat we van toepassing zouden willen hebben op Amerika', aldus Europarlementariër Ingeborg ter Laak van het CDA.
