Europees commissaris voor Begroting, Fraudebestrijding en Openbaar Bestuur Piotr Serafin bevestigt dat ngo's van de Europese Commissie moesten lobbyen bij het Europees Parlement. Europarlementariërs zijn boos en willen dat de onderste steen boven komt. 'Of er echt regels zijn overtreden, dat moet onderzoek uitwijzen', zegt Europaverslaggever Stefan de Vries.
