De twee eigenaren van de webshop Funcaps hebben in België in hoger beroep een celstraf gekregen van drie jaar, waarvan de helft voorwaardelijk. Ook zijn boetes opgelegd. Volgens het hof van beroep in Antwerpen voerden de Nederlanders tussen 2019 en 2022 op grote schaal designerdrugs in naar België via hun webshop.
