De nieuwe box 3-heffing pakt mogelijk slecht uit voor mensen met een vakantiewoning of beleggingspand. Dit blijkt uit de versie van de nieuwe wet die naar de Raad van State is gestuurd voor advies. Volgens FD-redacteur Laurens Berentsen zal er een bijtelling gelden voor vakantiewoningen die in eigen gebruik zijn. ‘Vakantiegenot moet volgens de staatssecretaris ook worden belast.’
