Eén op de drie bestuurders die afgelopen jaar werd benoemd, is een vrouw. Ook het aantal vrouwelijke commissarissen blijft stijgen. Van de 76 nieuwe bestuurders en commissarissen zijn er maar liefst 32 vrouw. Volgens Bercan Günel van NGL International is 30 procent een omslagpunt, 'maar zijn we er nog lang niet'.
