De Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) wijkt niet van koers af. De beleidsbepalers laten de rente ongewijzigd, zoals door economen en analisten al werd verwacht. De ECB had sinds vorig jaar ruim acht keer de rente verlaagd. Bij het laatste rentebesluit liet de ECB de rente ook zoals die is. ‘Ze zijn wat optimistischer geworden,’ zegt BNR’s huiseconoom Han de Jong.
