Ondanks dat het Ramstein-overleg wordt uitgesteld, bezoekt de Oekraïense president Volodymyr Zelensky deze week alsnog verschillende Europese leiders. De Amerikaanse president Joe Biden heeft het overleg afgezegd vanwege de orkaan Milton. Zelensky wilde juist in Ramstein, Duitsland zijn grote plan onthullen om richting vrede te werken in de oorlog tussen Oekraïne en Rusland. ‘Dit is een flinke teleurstelling voor Zelensky’, vermoedt Oekraïne-correspondent Chris Colijn.
