De meeste EU-lidstaten hebben de deadline voor de invoering van cybersecurity-regels, de NIS2-wet, gemist. Vandaag moest de nieuwe EU-richtlijn op het gebied van veiligheid omgezet zijn in nationale wetgeving, maar slechts een handjevol landen heeft dit gehaald. Ook Nederland is te laat, zegt VVD-Europarlementariër Bart Groothuis.
