Het moet afgelopen zijn met het grote aantal, vaak overbodige, moties zegt CDA-partijleider Henri Bontenbal. Nu kunnen Kamerleden nog onbeperkt moties indienen. Een motiequotum moet daar volgens het CDA verandering in brengen. Door het hoge aantal moties maakt de Tweede Kamer haar eigen instrument bot, vindt Bontenbal.
