Premier Benjamin Netanyahu van Israël arriveert vandaag in Hongarije voor een bezoek van enkele dagen. De Hongaarse premier Viktor Orbán heeft laten weten dat hij niet van plan is hem te laten aanhouden, zoals Hongarije als lid van het Internationaal Strafhof verplicht is. Er ligt een arrestatiebevel tegen Netanyahu, maar opnieuw ligt Orbán dwars: 'En dat alleen is misschien ook zijn belangrijkste motivatie', denkt Europa-correspondent Stefan de Vries.
