Belastinginspecteurs worden intern gewaarschuwd voor fiscale trucs rondom de overdrachts-, schenk- en erfbelasting. Dat meldt Het Financieele Dagblad. Om die constructies tegen te gaan heeft het ministerie van Financiën documenten vrijgegeven aan inspecteurs om gesjoemel met erfpachtconstructies en herroepelijke schenkingen actief en beter te kunnen bestrijden, zegt FD-journalist Laurens Berentsen. ‘Belastinginspecteurs worden aangespoord om die constructies niet te accepteren.’
