De Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) komt wel erg aarzelend uit de hoek bij de aanpak van het gebruik van een wie-zwijgt-stemt-toe-model dat Meta hanteert voor gebruikersgegevens en -foto’s van Facebook en Instagram. Dat zegt Menno Weij, advocaat bij The Data Lawyers. ‘Ik had gehoopt dat de toezichthouder daar wat strakker in zou zitten, wat betreft jouw en mijn privacy.’
