De Verenigde Staten gaan zich terugtrekken uit ICPA, het International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, een internationaal centrum in Den Haag dat onderzoek doet naar de Russische invasie van Oekraïne. Het centrum is onderdeel van het EU-agentschap Eurojust. 'Het nieuws is bevestigd', zegt Eurojust-woordvoerster Jacobien Breukink.
