Ahold Delhaize wil zijn Belgische branchegenoot Louis Delhaize overnemen. De overname ligt nu ter goedkeuring bij de Belgische mededingingsautoriteiten. Als die akkoord gaan, breidt het suppermarktconcern zijn aanwezigheid in België uit met 325 supermarkten.
