You don’t need to be the one who hosts them but you can if you’d like to. They can also be done anywhere INCLUDING in cities that don’t allow Short Term Rentals, so they’re a great way to get in on the income of a Short Term Rental if you’re stuck in an area that doesn’t allow them.
