Todays podcast is a mixed bag, I touch on having a hangover the day after preaching about my disgust for alcohol. How a friend of mine inspired me to create a community around the things I love, and how he also taught me to look for the positivity I wish to see in the world. I talk about the grips nicotine continues to have on my mind, how I perceive withdrawals and why I still continue to smoke.
