According to court documents obtained by the Gazette, the alleged sexual abuse occurred approximately 15 years ago when the victim was 15 years old. the victim alleged Hutto groomed her and carried on a sexual relationship with her at various locations, including her residence in Fountain and his residence at the time.  Investigators allege that Hutto had at least one other sexual relationship with someone he knew through a youth program at the time.
