First down: PSU's change in offseason philosophy
- There is no way around it: James Franklin clearly saw the perception problem his program faced in regards to player uncertainty following the 2019 season, so he got it started early this year, with Pat Freiermuth and Michal Menet already announced their plans to return while Yetur Gross-Matos has declared for the Draft.
- Other decisions are pending, but no Lions raced into the transfer portal. Clearly, something changed, and it's working so far.
