UniCredit SpA CEO Andrea Orcel says the bank has "three to four quarters minimum" to assess whether to go ahead with a hostile takeover bid for Commerzbank AG. The Italian lender has built a large stake in Germany’s Commerzbank over the past few months and Orcel has said he’s considering a deal. He speaks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua
