Musician Gene Simmons of KISS said it's 'criminal' that artists aren't paid when their music is played on the AM and FM radio in the US and it's a particularly big problem for new musical groups. Simmons testified in support of the American Music Fairness Act in front of a Senate panel earlier in the week. He speaks with Bloomberg's Joe Mathieu.
