Wayne State University Law School Professor Peter Henning discusses the battle between the Securities and Exchange Commission and Tesla CEO Elon Musk over his tweets. The SEC claims Musk violated an October settlement with a February post on Twitter and wanted him found in contempt of court. The judge in the case kicked the conflict back to the two parties to work out their differences. He speaks with Bloomberg’s June Grasso.
