Former federal prosecutor George Newhouse discusses Democratic Congressman Jerry Nadler's comments that he will seek a contempt citation if Attorney General William Barr doesn't appear before his committee to answer questions about the Mueller report. Barr spent five contentious hours before a senate panel Wednesday and decided not to show up for a scheduled judiciary hearing Thursday in a protest over the ground rules for questioning him.
