Show Notes

Scott Soshnick and Eben Novy-Williams discuss a host of issues related to the business of sports, including Seattle's inching closer to getting a National Hockey League team. The team's investment group met with some NHL owners and officials earlier this week to pitch their plan for getting a team. Also discussed is Major League Baseball's attendance dip this season. For the first time since 2003, MLB's total attendance fell below 70 million. All told, 12 teams posted attendance increases while 17 saw declines.
