There were two active serial killers in Phoenix Arizona in 2005-2006. One of them was the Baseline Serial Killer. Mark Goudeau was a serial killer of color who randomly sexually assaulted and killed females of all ages. Tune in to hear how he got started, his reign, and how he was caught.
