Over the span of two years, Paul Michael Stephani, terrorized the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area when he murdered three women and brutally attacked two others. He would then anonymously call the police to tearfully apologize for his crimes and shortly became known as “Weepy-Voiced Killer.” Buckle up and let's get into it!
