Should we be concerned by the summer performances of Deni Avdija and Johnny Davis?
Mike Creppy Jr., who played professional basketball overseas for 10 years, joins Matt Modderno to help evaluate the summer performances of Deni Avdija, Johnny Davis, Corey Kispert, Vernon Carey Jr., and Jaime Echenique. Mike literally wrote the book on international basketball and is actively involved in that world through his company Vindicated Sports so he was able to add a unique perspective to the FIBA performances of Avdija and Kristaps Porzingis. He also helped make sense of the Summer League performance of Johnny Davis and explained just how good G League competition actually is. Mike also weighs in on Gilbert Arenas' disparaging comments on Giannis Antetokounmpo for this week's Worst Wizards Take. Matt features Arkansas guard/forward Anthony Black as this week's Prospect Profile. Mike and Matt cohost a podcast on international basketball called Ball Movement which will be returning for it's second season in September.
