Welcome back, Texans fans. There's not much action for the Houston Texans this year in Free Agency, since they are in Year 2 of a 5 year rebuild. I discuss how the Texans can keep up long term cap flexibility in 2023, while also making short term, tanking-type improvements in 2022 (like they did last year with Mark Ingram and Rex Burkhead). Also, I compare the state of the Houston Texans franchise to the division rival Jacksonville Jaguars, and how the Jaguars decision to spend big on Day 1 of Free Agency impacts their rebuild and the state of the AFC South.
