Rookie Desmond Ridder made his first start on the road and was held under 100 passing yards by the New Orleans Saints in a 21-18 loss. The Falcons had another good day on the ground, led by Tyler Allgeier, but a timely turnover and a slow start by the defense doomed them in this one.
