In the 2001 draft, the Cavs were again picking at #8 (three years in a row) with an extra pick at #20. Having taken Chris Mihm the year before, the Cavs seem desperate to finally lock down the center position after another injury-plagued season for Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Was this the year they would leverage their picks and trade up?
