Joe Brady takes over as Bills head coach - set to hire offensive coordinator
The Bills have now formally introduced Joe Brady as the new head coach. Among his first moves, according to reports, is to hire offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael, who most recently has served as a senior offensive assistant to Sean Payton in Denver. Brady and Carmichael spent time together under Payton in New Orleans. Brady will continue to call plays, but Carmichael represents a critical hire in the process of putting together a new staff. Sal Maiorana joined Adam Benigni as the Brady era begins in Orchard Park.
