Show Notes
James Connell is a human rights attorney who represents, among others, Ammar al-Baluchi, who has been in GITMO since 2006.
His case was dramatized in the movie Zero Dark 30 as a prisoner who was tortured relentlessly by the CIA.
Connell will talk about that case, and why GITMO remains one of the worst human rights violations in the world.
