BTR News - A Washington, DC-based conservative lawyer named Hans Bader, wrote an article calling reparations "racial handouts" to make an argument against them using racial dog whistles. In addition to that, he also claims the 13th Amendment abolished slavery 150 years ago and that is not what the 13th Amendment did but rather created a new form of slavery in the United States.
