Vince Palamara has a new book release Vince wrote a 22 page letter to Clint Hill, in 2005 which Hill did not like. Hill then got in contact with Gerald Blaine, and this led to the book The Kennedy Detail The Kennedy Detail was co -written by LIsa McCubbin, Hill's future wife, and Hill wrote the foreword That book tries to blame President Kennedy for his own death, Because he did not want agents on the rear bumper. Vince strongly disagrees with this and lists almost 20 witnesses who say Kennedy never said this. Vince also shows that the motorcycle escort for Kennedy was cut back from 4 to 2 on each side, Also, the cyclists were instructed to stay to the rear of the presidential limousine. The motorcade route was not decided upon until the night before, and it was different from the one planned. The Dallas Police did not know the route until they were on it that day. Afterwards the assistant police chief complained about the lack of preparation and precautions Kennedy's regular driver, Tom Shipman, died the month before at Camp David. Bill Greer did not speed up after the first volley, and he turned to look at JFK twice in the back seat. The word "in the" has been replaced with "Report to".This is Tippit's last call It had a 12:54pm time stamp immediately before it. 37:28 "78" "78" "you are in the Oak Cliff area are you not? "Lansin' and 8th " you'll be at large for any emergency that comes in" "10-4" It was transcribed as Lancaster and 8th. It seems to be Lansin' and 8th If anyone thinks that it is unique to Tippit then 12 minutes earlier there was this untranscribed call. Call sign 81 is Officer Angell 27:14 "81" "81 we're still Lansing and 8th" (12:42pm) Lancaster is a city immediately south of Dallas And these are 0:13 Proper pronunciation three clear syllables. And to repeat Tippit. 37:28 he is not saying three syllables but "Lan-sin' ". Lansing Street is two blocks west of North Lancaster Avenue. Both in the same place mistranscribed in tippit's case. Missed out in Angell's. Tippit's position was misrepresented. And the fact Angell had been in same place - also out of his district. 28:59 "I'm at Keist and er Bonnie" (12:45pm) This is not Tippit's voice. That is not the same voice as Tippit who said Lansin’ 8th. And no officer says - I'm - its superfluous and breaks protocol of minimum speech.
