S6 Ep 6Why Black Men Avoid Therapy

Therapy isn’t avoided because Black men don’t care about their mental health. It’s avoided because of history, stigma, mistrust, and misunderstanding. In this episode, Casanova Williams breaks down the real reasons many Black men stay away from therapy, what the DSM-5 says about untreated mental health conditions, and how avoidance itself can be a symptom. This conversation challenges myths, uses real data, and opens the door to new ways of thinking about support and healing. Hosted by Casanova Williams, this Black men’s mental health podcast kicks off the year with an honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversation about dating, relationships, and emotional well-being. In the first episode of the year, Casanova explores the challenges many Black men say they face in modern dating, including difficult relationship dynamics, communication breakdowns, and unmet expectations. Rather than attacking or blaming, the episode pushes listeners to think critically about personal accountability, emotional awareness, and what women truly value in healthy partnerships. Why Men Should Marry Women With Kids

In this episode, Casanova Williams takes on a controversial topic: Why are men often pressured to marry women who already have kids or a high body count, while being shamed for preferring otherwise? We unpack the stigma, explore men’s right to have preferences in relationships, and talk honestly about how society sometimes gaslights men into choices that don’t align with what they truly want. Casanova is Crazy: The Assassination of Charlie Kirk

Today we lost a man who spoke his truth. Charlie Kirk, a controversial figure, was gunned down at a college debate in Utah. While he wasn’t a Black man, his death points to a reality we know all too well. In America, when men speak out when they dare to challenge the system their voices are often silenced, either by violence or by the slow assassination of their character. As Black men, this hits even deeper. We carry the weight of being judged, dismissed, and targeted simply for existing in our truth. Kirk’s tragedy is not ours, but it mirrors the challenges we face every day. His death is a reminder of how dangerous it can be to stand firm in what you believe, and for Black men in America, that danger has always been multiplied. This conversation isn’t about politics. It’s about survival. It’s about being a man in a world that punishes you for being unapologetically yourself something Black men have endured for generations. S4 Ep 232Are Women EVIL?

They say money is the root of all evil, but some argue women carry that title. In this episode, we take a closer look at that idea—are women truly “evil,” or are they simply misunderstood and often judged for their emotions? We unpack the stereotypes, challenge the narratives, and have a real conversation about relationships, perception, and truth.
