Chauntiel Smith is the CEO and Founder of Capture Sports Agency. She is a certified sports agent for the WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association), FIBA (Federal International Basketball Association) and the WKBL (Women's Korean Basketball League). She graduated from Indiana Tech with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management. She ran track in college; and played basketball and ran track in high school. She was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
