On March 10, 2005, 37 year old Jackie Neal was shot to death inside a beauty salon in Baton Rouge, LA. Jackie was a well known blues singer in the Baton Rouge area. The night she was murdered Jackie had been preparing for a weekend performance in Alabama. The person who killed Jackie was no stranger to her, and her brutal murder shocked everyone who knew her.
