In March 2014, 8 year old Relisha Rudd disappeared from Washington, D.C. At the time she was living in a shelter with her mother and 3 brothers. After her mother befriends a janitor who she allowed Relisha to spend time with, the 8 year old vanishes. 10 years later, Relisha is still missing.
