<p>In case you've never heard of it, BJ also does a "side hustle" podcast (this one being the Main Thing, of course!).. it's called "The Gift of Life," and it's all about BJ's personal journey through his heart transplant and lots more. It also includes stories from others on a similar path - either as organ recipients, or family members telling the stories of domations be loved ones. </p>
<p>All that to say, there's a good progress report on BJ's book about his story. It shoudl be coming out in the fall. In addition, BJ has a great story of a "coincidental" meeting with a mom who lost a child, and made the amazing decision to donate her loved ones' organs. </p>
<p>PS - We put "coincidental" in quotes... mostly because we're of the belief that there's no such thing as coincidences in life... just the Universe giving us little winks and nudges along the way. </p>
