Having grown up in the deep South Texas countryside, sharing drinks with siblings, parents, aunts, and uncles, Leslie Owensby spotted a gap in the market for wine.
Leslie noticed that very few foods are made to travel, so he wanted to create a wine that was accessible to everyone - and decided to make one in a can!
But not just any wine… Leslie wanted to make a vegan wine in a can, and the next thing he knew, Defy Wine was born.
