<p>The virtuous cycle has begun. We are no longer on opposite sides, competing for fleeting rewards soon lost to the scourge of inflation.</p>
<p>We have entered a new age of collaboration.</p>
<p>Citizen need no longer compete to ascend the hierarchy of domination within the state.</p>
<p>The states will now compete to draw the most productive and useful citizens.</p>
