At 23, Elena had no idea that her decision to say yes to her unplanned pregnancy would lead her on a 10 year journey of claiming the role of “being a mother” AND being okay with it. Her journey included leaving the same abusive relationship 6 times, a lot of tears, rage, suicidal & homicidal thoughts as she struggled to define who she was as a mother and find mental health. Along the way she found Joygasmic bliss, compassionate self love and the power of choice to align herself with health, by asking for support, receiving healthy love and believing in a life for herself that included being happy about being a mom.
