Melissa is a mother to four boys – ages 12, 11, 8 and 6 weeks – and an integrative health coach supporting mothers on their own personal journey of motherhood, in Twaine Harte, California. During her most recent birth, Melissa shares that the teaching that came through is the importance of connecting with the place within ourselves that is unshakable – that place where we find deep, profound trust within ourselves, with the unseen ones, and come to – to truly remember who we are.
