Show Notes

Brina is a wife, mom to two girls, a bonus mom to 3 boys, a doula, and a future student midwife, who, through her two births, has experienced hospital transfer, a NICU stay, and Postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD – all of which, she shares about on this episode. Brina’s biggest message to other women and birthing people is that it’s ok to take up space, make your own autonomous, informed choices, and not to let others shake your faith that you, and you alone, know what’s best for your body.
