Fifteen-year-old Bentley Wolfe from Chrisman, Illinois, tragically lost his life after a line drive hit him in the head during baseball practice. Despite medical efforts, he was declared brain dead and passed away on March 6, 2026. Wolfe, a sophomore at Chrisman High School, was an active student involved in basketball and the FFA chapter. He was known for his love of farming activities and spending time with friends and his girlfriend. Wolfes family, including his parents and seven siblings, is mourning his loss. A celebration of life is scheduled for this Saturday at Chrisman High School.
